Quick Reuben Casserole
|Corned beef/1 pound deli||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Thousand island dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sauerkraut||1 Can (10 oz), drained|
|Rye bread slice||6 , cut in cubes or crumbled|
|Swiss cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
Crumble corned beef into well-greased 12x8-inch glass dish.
Spread dressing, then sauerkraut.
Cover with cheese.
Toss crumbled bread with melted margarine; sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
