Carrot Casserole In Onion Soup Mix
|Carrots||12 Medium, peeled and sliced in 1/2-inch circles|
|Onion soup mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
2. Grease a large baking dish with oil or butter.
3. Arrange carrot slices in a baking dish.
4. Sprinkle with soup mix.
5. Pour water over them.
6. Place dish in the oven and bake for 1 ½ hours until carrots are tender-crisp
