Rice 'N Vegetables Parmesan
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried basil leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mixed vegetables||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|100% grated parmesan cheese||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1/3 Cup)|
Saute onions in margarine.
Add water and basil; bring to full boil.
Stir in rice.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Stir in vegetables and cheese.
