Quick Chicken Casserole
|Frozen chicken||2 Pound (2 Packages, Ala King)|
|Top milk/Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chicken broth||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked spaghetti||6 Ounce (1/2 Package, Thin Ones)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
In the top of a double boiler put the chicken a la king, cream, broth, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to taste.
Heat well and stir in sherry.
Drain the spaghetti and put 1/3 of it in a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Cover with 1/3 of the chicken, and repeat twice.
Sprinkle the top generously with the cheese, dot with butter, and sprinkle with paprika.
Put under the broiler until brown and bubbly.
