Spicy Broccoli Casserole
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Packages)|
|Small onions||16 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Canned whole mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped pimentos||2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)|
|Slivered toasted almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||4 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked broccoli, onions, mushrooms, pimentos, almonds and cayenne pepper.
Pour into a greased 1-1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover with soup; top with cheese.
Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
