Chicken Divan

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Frozen broccoli 10 Ounce, cooked
  Whole chickens 2 , cooked, deboned
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Set oven to 350°F
1. Mix well over low heat, broth, cream, mayonnaise, sherry, salt, and pepper.
2. Drain cooked broccoli and place in baking dish.
3. Pour half of the sherry sauce over the broccoli. Arrange slices of chicken on top. Pour remaining sauce over chicken and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
