Chicken, Mushroom, Garlic Casserole - Luci Lock's Recipe

Internationally renowned natural health physician Dr. Joseph Mercola shares a video of Luci Lock who demonstrates a quick and hearty chicken casserole loaded with mushrooms and fresh garlic.
Ingredients
  Onion 1 , slice
  Mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs), chop
  Chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Garlic bulb 1
  White sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raw cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 200 to 225 degrees F.

MAKING
2 In a large ovenproof pan, saute the onion.
3 Add in the mushrooms along with the chicken.
4 Stir lightly to mix and add in the garlic cloves.
5 In another bowl, combine white sauce with cream.
6 Pour it in to the pan over chicken and mushrooms.
7 Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
8 Cover the pan, and place it in the oven for a few hours.

SERVING
9 Remove from the oven and serve hot.
