Party Tuna Casserole
|Butter/Margarine||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned chow mein noodles||3 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)|
|Finely chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Salted cashew nuts||1⁄4 Pound|
|Dried onion flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Combine butter, soy sauce, garlic and noodles; toss well and reserve.
In 8-inch round baking dish, combine soup, tuna, celery, nuts, onion and water.
Heat 8 to 9 minutes or until heated through, stirring twice.
Top with noodles and heat at MEDIUM-HIGH 1 minute.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes.
