Pineapple And Pork Casserole
|Diced pork roast||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned diced sweet potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple spears||9 Ounce (1 Cup / 1 Can)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Put meat and sweet potatoes in a shallow casserole.
Drain pineapple and add enough water to syrup to make 1/2 cup.
Mix liquid with mustard and pour over meat mixture.
Top with pineapple.
Sprinkle with sugar and dot with butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for about 30 minutes.
Baste occasionally with pan liquid.
