Vegetable Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Cooked long grain rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Butter 1 quart baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well.
Turn into dish.
Bake until heated through, about 25 minutes.
