Parmesan & Zucchini Casserole
|Bacon slices||2 , cut up|
|Chopped zucchini||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned stewed tomatoes||16 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Croutons||1 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Place bacon in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave at High for 2 to 3 minutes, or until brown and crisp, stirring once.
Stir in zucchini, tomatoes, croutons, green pepper and garlic salt.
Microwave at High for 10 to 15 minutes, or until zucchini is tender, stirring once.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Microwave, uncovered, at High for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
