Chicken And Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
  Cut up cooked chicken 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (coarsely)
  Uncooked instant rice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Hot water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon 1 Teaspoon (dry)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded swiss cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Marinated artichoke hearts 6 Ounce, drained and cut into halves (1 jar)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Cover tightly and microwave until liquid is absorbed, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
