|Cut up cooked chicken||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (coarsely)|
|Uncooked instant rice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Hot water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1 Teaspoon (dry)|
|Sliced pimiento stuffed olives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Marinated artichoke hearts||6 Ounce, drained and cut into halves (1 jar)|
Mix all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes; stir.
Cover tightly and microwave until liquid is absorbed, 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
