Salmon Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1429⁄10000 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh tomatoes 3 , chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen broccoli 10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)
  Salmon 6 3⁄4 Ounce, drained, flaked (1 Can)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
3. Add tomatoes and lemon juice and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
4. Arrange broccoli on bottom of casserole. Cover with salmon and top with sauce.
5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with remaining margarine.
6. Bake 30 minutes.
