Tuna Stuffing Casserole

Ingredients
  Zucchini 2 Medium, sliced (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Canned tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded carrot 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 5 Tablespoon
  Herb stuffing cubes 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Halve zucchini slices.
Cook in boiling salted water till tender; drain.
Flake tuna.
Cook carrot and onion in 4 tablespoons margarine till tender.
Add tuna, 1 1/2 cups Herb Stuffing Cubes, soup, and sour cream.
Stir in zucchini.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Melt remaining margarine; toss with remaining cubes.
Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
