Macaroni & Turkey Casserole
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Minced onion||4 Ounce|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, seeded and diced|
|Sliced mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cooked turkey||8 Ounce, shredded|
|Cooked enriched elbow macaroni||2 2⁄3 Cup (42.67 tbs)|
|American cheese/Cheddar cheese||4 Ounce, grated|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
In a nonstick skillet combine onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, paprika, Worcestershire, and dry mustard; cook until vegetables are soft.
Add turkey and cook 5 minutes longer.
Place macaroni in a 2-quart casserole.
Pour turkey mixture over macaroni; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake at 400°F.
for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
