Beef And Bean Casserole

Ingredients
  Boneless beef top round steak 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed and cut into 0.75 inch cubes
  Canned kidney beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (1 Can)
  Low sodium french onion soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can, Ready To Serve)
  Onion 1 Medium, cut in half lengthwise and thinly sliced
  Snipped fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  No salt added tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 10 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 1 to 1 1/4 hours longer, or until beef is tender, stirring twice.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
