Hearty Sausage & Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced potatoes 1 Pound (3 Cups)
  White sauce mix 1 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sauerkraut 8 Ounce, rinsed and drained
  Fully cooked polish sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine potatoes, sauce mix, milk, parsley, caraway, salt and pepper.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 15 to 22 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and sauce thickens, stirring 4 or 5 times.
Stir in sauerkraut.
Arrange sausages over potato mixture.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 4 to 7 minutes, or until sausages are hot, rotating casserole once.
Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
