Potato Cheese Casserole
|Sliced cooked potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shredded american process cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|American process cheese slices||4|
Arrange potato slices in (8 x 8-inch) baking dish.
Combine butter and onion in 2-quart measure.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH, or until onion is transparent.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, shredded cheese and milk.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
Pour over potatoes.
Top with cheese slices.
MICROWAVE 6 to 8 MINUTES on '6', or until potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted.
