Ham And Mac Bake

Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Reconstituted nonfat dry milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cubed fully cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apples 2 Medium, peeled and thinly sliced
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water till tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
In large saucepan melt 1/4 cup margarine; blend in flour, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Stir in sugar.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in macaroni, ham, and apple.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Combine crumbs and melted margarine; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
