Turkey Divan With Cheese
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cooked turkey/Cooked chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into strips|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place broccoli in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover and cook at HIGH for 10 minutes, breaking up and stirring twice.
Cover and set aside.
In 4-cup glass measure heat butter at HIGH for 30 seconds till melted.
Stir in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once.
Cook at HIGH for 6 minutes till thickened and bubbly, stirring after each minute.
Stir in Swiss cheese till melted.
Place turkey atop broccoli in baking dish.
Pour cheese sauce over turkey.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook at MEDIUM HIGH or COOK POWER 7 (70%) for 5 minutes till heated through.
