Country Ham Casserole
|Noodles||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped cooked ham||1⁄2 Pound (2 Cups)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cups)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned green peas||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|French fried onion pieces/Crushed corn chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
TO HEAT BY TIME Cook noodles.
In 3-quart casserole, combine noodles, ham, 1 1/4 cups cheese, soup, peas, milk and mustard.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
Top with remaining cheese and onion pieces.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM-HIGH for 7 to 8 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC In 3-quart casserole, combine uncooked noodles, ham, 1 1/4 cups cheese, soup, peas, milk, mustard and an additional 2 1/2 cups water.
Cover with glass lid; heat on COOK 4.
When time appears in display window, stir once.
After heating, stir, then top with remaining cheese and onion pieces.
Let STAND, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
