Mostaccioli Cheese Casserole
|Mostaccioli||12 Ounce, uncooked (4 Cups)|
|Pasteurized process cheese||8 Ounce, cubed|
|Milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Flavored bread crumbs||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Cook mostaccioli according to package directions; drain.
Add cheese cubes to cooked mostaccioli and turn into buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Gradually add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
Pour over mostaccioli and cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake at 350° 30 to 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
