|Canned whole kernel corn||1 Pound, drained (1 Can)|
|Yellow hominy||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Process american cheese slice||2|
|Uncooked bacon slice||2|
Mix cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, and hominy together.
Stir in egg and salt to taste.
Place mixture in a deep, 2-quart casserole.
Cut cheese and bacon into 1-inch squares.
Garnish top with checkerboard arrangement of cheese and bacon squares.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes in a moderately hot oven (375°).
