Leftover Pork Casserole
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cooked dried lima beans||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Diced cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Buttered soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
Brown onion in fat.
Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and mix thoroughly.
Transfer to 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in preheated hot oven (425°F.) for 15 minutes, or until crumbs are browned.
