Wild Rice Country Casserole

  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground turkey 1 1⁄4 Pound
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen potatoes o'brien with onions and peppers 4 Cup (64 tbs), thawed
  Cooked wild rice 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shredded mild cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), divided
  Canned condensed cream of chicken soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, saute onion in butter; remove from skillet. In same skillet, brown turkey. Sprinkle with pepper. Spread potatoes in greased 13x9-inch baking pan. Combine onion, turkey, wild rice, 1-1/2 cups cheese, soup and sour cream in large bowl. Spread turkey mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until heated through.
