Three Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned sliced water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Diced pimento 2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar)
  Hot cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix Monterey Jack cheese, Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, onions, water chestnuts and pimiento.
Layer 2 cups of the rice and half of the cheese mixture in greased 2-quart casserole; repeat.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cook uncovered in 325° oven until hot, about 35 minutes.
