Baked Sweet Potato And Pecan Casserole

Sweet potato casserole is a wonderful dish with crunchy pecan topping. This dish is perfect for any meal including the Thanksgiving. This recipe is good for the holidays too.Enjoy the sweet potato casserole.
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter stick 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Sweet potatoes 2 Medium, cooked
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, vanilla and milk together.
2. Put this in greased casserole.
3. Mix brown sugar, butter, pecan and butter.
4. Spread the topping over the sweet potatoes.
5. Cook it in 350 F preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
6. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes and serve.
