Cheese Puffed Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Eggs 4 , separated
  Instant cooked mashed potatoes 4 Cup (64 tbs), seasoned according to package directions
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Generously grease 3-quart or 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Using electric mixer, beat egg yolks into potatoes until well combined.
Blend in cheese, onion, green pepper, celery salt and salt to taste.
Can be made ahead to this point, covered and refrigerated.
Just prior to baking, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Fold into potato mixture.
Spoon lightly into baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered until top is golden brown, about 25 minutes.
