Minute Saver Casserole Bread

Ingredients
  Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yeast 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Packages)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Softened margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Instant nonfat dry milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Unsifted flour 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
Directions

Pour the warm water into a large, warm bowl.
Sprinkle with yeast and stir until dissolved.
Stir in the sugar, salt, margarine, dry milk and half the flour and beat until smooth.
Stir in enough remaining flour to make a stiff dough.
Cover and let rise in a warm place, free from draft, for about 40 minutes or until more than doubled in bulk.
Stir down and beat vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake in 375-degree oven for about 45 minutes or until done.
One teaspoon celery seed, 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese, 2 teaspoons caraway seed or 3/4 cup seedless raisins may be added with second addition of flour, if desired.
