Onion Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Small white onions 2 Pound, peeled
  Cooked peas 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 21 Ounce (2 Cans Of 10 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Chopped pimiento 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease 3-quart baking dish.
Combine water, salt and onions in saucepan.
Cook.
25 minutes.
Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of the liquid.
Combine onions and peas.
Place in prepared baking dish.
Combine soup and reserved onion liquid.
Add pimiento.
Toss with vegetables.
Bake 25 minutes.
