Turkey Divan With Broccoli & Cheese
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Dash|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated|
|Dry white wine/Chicken broth||1 Tablespoon|
|Heavy whipping cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Frozen broccoli spears||10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)|
|Sliced cooked turkey breast||1⁄2 Pound (3 Large Pieces)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place margarine in 1-quart casserole. Microwave uncovered on high 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour, nutmeg and broth. Microwave uncovered 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds with wire whisk, until thickened. Stir in 1/4 cup cheese and the wine. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff. Fold cheese mixture into whipped cream.
2. Arrange broccoli with stems to outside edge in pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches; top with turkey. Pour cheese mixture over turkey; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 7 minutes or until hot.
