Pork And Rice Casserole
|Celery stalks||2 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch diagonal slices to make 1 cup|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped to make 1/2 cup|
|Cooked pork||2 Cup (32 tbs) (1 Inch Pieces)|
|Uncooked instant rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Green bell pepper||1 Medium, chopped (About 1 Cup)|
1. Place celery, onion and margarine in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until celery is crisp-tender.
2. Stir in pork, rice, water and soy sauce. Cover tightly and microwave 8 to 10 minutes, stirring after 4 minutes, until water is absorbed. Stir in bell pepper. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
