Nutty Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce (Two 10 Ounce Package)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Eggs 2
  Shredded monterey jack cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
Directions

1. Place spinach in 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with lid; microwave on high 8 minutes or until spinach is heated through, stirring twice during cooking. Drain well.
2. Stir in soup until smooth; stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. Microwave, uncovered, on high 12 minutes or until set in center, rotating dish twice during cooking.
