Company Beef Casserole

  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Shortening/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Canned tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Catsup 1 Tablespoon
  Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Elbow macaroni 5 Ounce
  Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Grated cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Brown the ground beef in shortening in heavy skillet then add the onion, tomatoes, catsup, steak sauce, green pepper and parsley.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Combine the macaroni and ground beef mixture in a baking dish, then season with salt and pepper.
Spoon soup into mixture and mix lightly, lifting from bottom.
Sprinkle cheese over top.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 30 minutes until top is bubbly and brown.
