Golden Fish Bake
|Cod fillets/Haddock fillets||1 Pound (450 Gram)|
|Canned tomato and onion cook in sauce||13 1⁄4 Ounce (Homepride, 376 Gram)|
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, finely grated (50 Gram)|
Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
Skin the fish and cut into 4 cm/1 1/2 inch chunks.
Arrange the fish chunks in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
Pour over the Tomato and Onion Cook-in-Sauce.
Mix the breadcrumbs and cheese together and sprinkle over the sauce.
Bake for about 30 minutes, until the fish is cooked and the topping is golden brown.
