This carrot casserole is absolutely delicious . Along with it is related my childhood memories.When I returned home from school, my mother used to prepare this dessert and we enjoyed devouring it. So if you want to make your kids happy, try this carrot casserole recipe.
|Carrots||2 Bag (2 kg), cooked, mashed & drained|
|Melted butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||6 Small, beaten|
Stage1-Combine all ingredients and put in greased 2 quart casserole.
Stage2-Bake at 375 degrees fareinhite for 20 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees fareinhite and continue baking for 55 minutes.

Cook Time:80 Minutes
Ready In:85 Minutes
