|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Canned hominy||29 Ounce (1 Can, No. 2 1/2 Size)|
|Canned tamales||15 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Canned pitted ripe olives||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
Cook the ground beef and onion with salt and pepper in a skillet until brown.
Drain the hominy and add to ground beef mixture.
Chop the tamales and olives and add to ground beef mixture.
Add the soup and mix well.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
