Pork Steak Casserole
|Pork steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom pieces||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Wide noodles||8 Ounce, cooked (1 Package)|
Brown steak in small amount of fat in skillet; add celery and onions with 1/2 cup water.
Simmer for 12 minutes or until celery is tender.
Add mushrooms and soups.
Rinse cans with 1 cup water; add to mixture.
Drain noodles; add to pork mixture.
Pour into casserole; top with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
