Apple Ham Casserole

Ingredients
  Ground cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cooked smoked ham 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Eating apples 3 , peeled, cored, and sliced
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix first 8 ingredients.
Pack in shallow baking dish.
Arrange apples on mixture.
Sprinkle with honey and dot with butter.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F.) for about 40 minutes.
