Deluxe Seafood Casserole
|Frozen crabmeat||13 Ounce, thawed (1 Packages, 6 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||21 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted and divided (2 Cans, 10 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Cooked shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sliced fresh mushrooms||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned white tuna||7 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
Spread crabmeat on bottom of a 12- x 8-inch glass casserole dish.
Cover crabmeat with 1/3 of mushroom soup.
Spread shrimp over soup layer.
Cover shrimp with 1/3 of mushroom soup.
Spread mushrooms and tuna fish over second soup layer.
Spread remaining 1/3 soup over tuna and mushrooms.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 12 minutes.
Top casserole with cheese and sliced eggs.
Let stand at least 2 minutes before serving.
