White Rice For Seafood Or Vegetables

Ingredients
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (rinsed and drained)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Pour water into saucepan. Add salt and rice. Stir, cover and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to low and continue cooking 16 minutes.
Mix in butter with fork. Replace cover and cook 3 minutes over low heat.
Serve with seafood or vegetables.
