Ham Stuffing Casserole
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced fully cooked ham||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Apple||1 Large, peeled and chopped|
|Eggs||4 , slightly beaten|
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender; add stuffing mix, ham, and apple.
Combine eggs and 1 1/2 cups milk; stir into stuffing mixture.
Spoon into 8x8x2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes; cut in squares.
Meanwhile, in saucepan combine cheese soup and 1/4 cup milk.
Cook and stir over low heat till heated through.
