Spiced Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
  Sweet potatoes 4 Large (With Skins)
  Bacon slices 4
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook sweet potatoes in salted, boiling water. When done, remove from water, peel and puree.
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Cook bacon until crisp, then chop coarsely. Set aside.
Incorporate all remaining ingredients, except bacon, into pureed potatoes. Mix well and correct seasoning.
Place mixture in baking dish and cook 18 minutes in oven. Sprinkle bacon over potatoes and continue cooking 5 minutes.
