Pasta And Mushroom Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Dry shallots 2 , peeled and chopped
  Fresh mushrooms 3⁄4 Pound, cleaned and sliced
  Sherry 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs), heated
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked pasta 3 Cup (48 tbs), hot (Al Dente)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Heat butter in saute pan over medium heat. Add shallots and mushrooms. Season and cook 5 minutes. Incorporate sherry and continue cooking 3 minutes.
Add flour, mix well and cook 2 minutes over low heat. Whisk in hot milk, season with salt, nutmeg and white pepper. Cook 12 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
Add pasta to sauce and mix well. Transfer mixture to buttered baking dish. Top with cheese and cook 10 minutes in oven.
