Chili Beef Casserole
|Ground chuck||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seasoned salt||2 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned whole kernel corn||12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned red kidney beans||15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned pitted and halved ripe olives||3 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Coarsely crushed corn chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine ground beef, onion, and celery in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except corn chips and cheese.
Stir to combine.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Top with corn chips.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese.
Let stand, covered with waxed paper, 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
