Chili Beef Casserole

  Ground chuck 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned red kidney beans 15 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned pitted and halved ripe olives 3 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Coarsely crushed corn chips 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine ground beef, onion, and celery in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except corn chips and cheese.
Stir to combine.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 6 minutes.
Top with corn chips.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese.
Let stand, covered with waxed paper, 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
