Seafood Casserole With Brown Rice

Ingredients
  Peeled cooked shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Crabmeat 1 Cup (16 tbs), flaked
  Grated onion 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Cooked brown rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked green peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Place in a greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
