|Green pepper||1 Medium, chopped|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 can)|
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 can)|
|Canned mushrooms||2 Ounce, drained (1 can)|
|Pimiento||2 Ounce, chopped and drained (1 jar)|
|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place sausage in 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir well after 3 minutes.
Add onion, green pepper, and celery.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain off excess drippings.
Stir rice into sausage mixture.
Add soups, mushrooms, and pimiento.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 7 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Microwave at HIGH, covered, 1 to 2 minutes.
