Sausage Casserole

  Mild pork sausage 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned cream of chicken soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 can)
  Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce, undiluted (1 can)
  Canned mushrooms 2 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Pimiento 2 Ounce, chopped and drained (1 jar)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Place sausage in 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Microwave at HIGH 6 to 7 minutes.
Stir well after 3 minutes.
Add onion, green pepper, and celery.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 5 minutes.
Drain off excess drippings.
Stir rice into sausage mixture.
Add soups, mushrooms, and pimiento.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 5 to 7 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Microwave at HIGH, covered, 1 to 2 minutes.
