Ingredients
  Diced cooked lamb 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lamb gravy 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped pimento 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart glass baking dish. Cover with waxed paper.
2. Cook in microwave oven 10 minutes at HIGH, or until thoroughly heated; stir occasionally.
