Baked Scallops En Casserole

Ingredients
  Scallops 1 Pound (fresh / frozen)
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk/Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped chives/Parsley 3 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Pinch
  Crushed potato chips/Buttered bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the scallops in half and arrange in a buttered 9 x 6-inch bake dish.
Heat the soup, milk, chives and cayenne together; whisk until smooth.
Pour over the scallops.
Sprinkle with crumbs and cheese.
Bake at 450F for 15 to 20 minutes or until bubbly hot and lightly browned.
