Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  Bread slice 8 , cubed
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (optional)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Bulk sausage 1 1⁄2 Pound (hot)
Directions

In casserole dish, layer bread, sausage, and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
Pour over layers.
Let stand overnight.
Bake at 350° for 1 hr.
We like Territorial or Picante sauce served with the casserole.
