|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon (optional)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Bulk sausage||1 1⁄2 Pound (hot)|
In casserole dish, layer bread, sausage, and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
Mix eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
Pour over layers.
Let stand overnight.
Bake at 350° for 1 hr.
We like Territorial or Picante sauce served with the casserole.
